Property Disputes
Whelehan Solicitor Tralee advise on the following types of property disputes:
- Land ownership – where does the ownership of the property lie.
- Boundary disputes. A dispute that arises between owners or occupiers of adjoining properties.
Occasionally a boundary dispute can be highlighted when one party erects a wall/fence in a position that conflicts with the adjoining owners understanding of where the boundary lies. - Rights of way. A right of way is a piece of land owned by another over which you have to travel to access a piece of land owned by you. Sometimes there are disputes about their use.
